Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kementerian ESDM), an Indonesian government ministries in charge of the affairs of mines and energy. Through the Directorate General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia in cooperate with the World Bank to develop the Indonesia Clean Stove Initiative (CSI) program in Indonesia.

The Indonesia Clean Stove Initiative (CSI) is a clean cooking programs in Indonesia. The program is a collaborative program between the Directorate General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation of (MEMR), and the World Bank to developing clean cookstove markets in Indonesia.

Currently The Indonesia Clean Stove Initiative (CSI), seeking talented people who want a career that suit their ambitions and are tenacious, willing to work hard, have high motivation, integrity, and respect their efforts to fill the following roles :

Financial Administrator (FA)
Requirements :

• Minimum education of University degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
• At least 5 years of working experience in financial administration, preferably experienced in international and government projects.
• Having knowledge and experience at Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) arrangement and management.

Project Manager (PM)
Requirements :

• Minimum education of University degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business administration.
• Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
• At least 8 years of working experience (5 years if with a graduate degree) with at least 1 year in managerial position.
• Preferably experienced in international project management and prior experience dealing with competitive and government procurement is desirable.
• Energy sector knowledge is required.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy sector of Indonesia is highly desirbable.
