Requirements:
- Indonesian, Male, age Max 45
- Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Transportation or Mechanical from reputable University/Institute
- 10 years working experience in Transportation or Supply Chain, at least 3 years at Managerial Level
- Good Knowledge in Transportation management and excellent skill in fleet allocation planning and man management
- Have experience in managing at least 100 fleets
- Understand HSE matter, regulations, code and standards applicable to all work items under the contract
- Have excellent skills in : analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning, and organization
- Good Leadership.
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft office operations
- Fluency in English both oral and written is essential at least 475 TOEFL Score

- Must have experience as trainer at the transportation industry such a taxi, or car rent

- International experience in HSE practice is desirable
