PT Arutmin Indonesia was established in 1981 and operates in Kalimantan Block 6  concession area in South Kalimantan, covering Tanah Laut, Kota Baru, and Tanah Bumbuh. As of 2010, PT Arutmin Indonesia is one of the major coal producing and exporting companies in Indonesia. Arutmin signed coal mining contract with the Government of Indonesia in 1981. It known as coal contract of works (CCoW).

Arutmin's strong production and sales performance has allowed rapid growth more than 20 years of operation. is now well-positioned in the global market and poised to expand domestically. Extensive reserves provide a natural competitive advantage but the key to persistent healthy cash flows is sound management of financial, technical, and social issues.

Commercials Officer (ComOf)
Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting, Finance Management or Engineering background with Master degree in finance Management from a leading university with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related position.
• Steong knowledge of coal mining industry will be highly prioritized.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, both in English and Bahasa.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Independent and willing to work hard and under pressure.
• High integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
• Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
• Work location : Jakarta

Electrical Engineer
Requirements :

• Minimum education S1/D3 Graduate from electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• Have Strong maintenance management knowledge
• Good Leadership skill, communication, proficient in ENglish and Bahasa
• Have Good Planning and Execution team work player
• Have Good Troubleshooting skills
• Able to Operate and Program PLC and SCADA System
• Able to work under pressure 

Maintenance Planner (MP)
Requirements :

• Min. Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Min. 5 years of experience for Diploma Degree and minimum 3 years of experience for Bachelor Degree in fix plant maintenance related tasks.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as foreman will be highly prioritized.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English) to liaise with internal/external contacts.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to work in minimum supervision.
• Willing to work hard and under pressure.
• High integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
• Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
• Work location : Kintap.
