PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) based in Jakarta and operated 5 regional offices located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, and Samarinda.

The company is supported by 2 units of division, consisting of the production division and equipment division. In 1998 the company obtained ISO 9001: 2000 for quality assurance. In 2010, the Company obtained the ISO 14001: 2004 for environmental management systems of the International Sucofindo.

Requirements :

• Male.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 majoring in Human Resources (HR) Management, Management  or any similar disciplines.
• GPA minimum 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
• Having an experience in handling HR Development and HR Operational.
• Strong knowledge in People Development and Organizational Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
