PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - PT HK is a general construction services company, EPC and state-owned investment (SOEs) whose shares are owned by the Government of Indonesia. The company was formed in 1961 as a result of the nationalization of the Dutch East Indies named general contractor Hollandsch Beton Maatschappij.

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has taken an important role in infrastructure development in Indonesia. Experienced in historic architecture at the time, HK now risen itself fully involved in the construction industry. Hutama no longer working only on the construction industry but rather, has advanced towards energy, EPC, and manufacturing industries. Hutama Karya domiciled in Jakarta and currently has 10 units and seven regional divisions and was also supported by three main subsidiaries, namely PT HK Realtindo, PT Pole Haka (Hakapole), and PT Hakaaston.

1. S1/S2 Management SDM / Psychology
2. S1 Informatic Management (S1 TI)
3. S1 Accounting ( S1 AC)
4. S1 Civil Engineering (S1 CE)

General Requirements :

• Male, maximum age of 24 years old (S1).
• Graduated from state university (Fresh Graduate).
• Min. GPA of 2.85 for state university and 3.00 for private university (A accreditation durings 3 years).
• Willing to be assigned in all working area of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
• Good English language skills (oral and written).
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office / Open Office usage (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point).
• Healthy performance, with proportional appearance (minimum height of 162 cm).
• Highly power struggle and highly driven with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal, organizational goal.
• Have a good teamwork.
