PT SMI (Persero) Company based in Jakarta and the Indonesian government through the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia became the controlling shareholder. PT SMI (Persero) is a state-owned company that operates in the non-banking financial services. The company was founded in 2009 and operated as a catalyst in accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia.

Change Management Officer
Requirements :

• Min. education S1/S2 degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accouting, Banking, Economics or equivalent.
• Max. age of 37 years old.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience as Change Management Officer at Finance/Banking/Capital Market/Management Consulting.
• Have experience in corporate planning or research and business development area.
• Have experience to explore and indentify market and business opportunities.
• Have experience to coordinating the preparation of the corporate long term plan, budgeting, and corporate key performance indicator.
• Have experience in fundamental valuation analysis and economic feasibility studies in infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge in strategic management and business transformation, economics, capital market, financial modelling and analysis.
• Have a good skills in project management.
• Have experience to implement strategic initiatives and business development plan.
• Have excellent strategic, analytical, presentation and communiation skills.
• Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing).
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Full-time position(s) available.

Financial Analyst
Requirements :

• Min. education S1/S2 degree from reputable university, majoring in Finance, Economic, Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking/Investment Institutions/Financial Institutions.
• Have a good skills and experience to perform a comprehensive analysis of the various aspects, especially financiang and investment for infrastructure projects.
• Have a good skills and experience to prepare financial modeling.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding about financial statements.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding about related with business models of infrastructure projects.
• Possess excellent communication skills to build relationship with internal and external parties.
• Strong knowledge and good understanding about public private partnership.
• A team player and able to work individually.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
