PT Pos Logistik Indonesia - POSLOG is a company engaged in the business of logistics industry. Its business includes the transportation and warehousing services, cargo shipping, as well as an agent or dealer inspection. POSLOG is a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). PT Pos Logistik Indonesia as the development of business projects in 2004 to become a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Post Logistics in 2007.

In 2009, the business project has developed into a strategic business unit of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and established as a separate legal entity in 2012. PT Pos Logistik Indonesia based in Jakarta and its head office registered in Jl Banteng Square North No. 1 Jakarta 10710. December 2014, POSLOG operates 14 regional offices and 37 units of warehouses scattered throughout Indonesia.

Currently, PT Pos Logistik Indonesia is looking for the best candidates are tenacious, honest, willing to develop a career and are responsible for the following positions:

Finance Officer
Requirements :

• Min. S1 majoring in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a staff specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have a good understanding of financial logic in 3PL operation.
• Have a strong knowledge in accounting.
• Able to consolidate, pursue, track all documentations up collecting the cash in short period.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office.
• Willing to travel to site.
• Full-time position(s) available.

Transport Admin Staff
Requirements

• Min. D3 in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a staff specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have a good understanding of financial logic in transportation.
• Familiar with accounting basic concept.
• Able to pursue to collect all required documents.
• Willing to be placed at Site (Surabaya East Java).
• Full-time position(s) available.

Transport Planner
Requirements :

• Min. D3/S1 in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a staff specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Have a good understanding of financial logic in transportation.
• Familiar with shipment option, crossdocking and multimode transportation.
• Able to plan and execute the distribution planning and operation.
• Strong knowledge regarding transportation regulation.
• Willing to be placed at Site (Surabaya and Kalimantan).
• 3 full-time positions available.

Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements :

• Min. D3 in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a Supervisor/Coordinator specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Hands-on commitment to get the job done.
• Able to direct and coordinate the operations.
• Have a good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and  Warehouse Management System  (WMS) concepts for storage operation.
• Willing to be placed at Site (Surabaya and Kalimantan).
• 7 full-time positions available.

Transport Assistant Manager
Requirements :

• Min. D3/S1 in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Have a good understanding of financial logic in transportation.
• Familiar with shipment option, crosdocking and multimode transportation.
• Able to strategically plan for the distribution network operation.
• Strong knowledge regarding transportation regulation.
• Willing to be placed at Site (Surabaya).
• Full-time position(s) available.

Warehouse Manager
Requirements :

• Min. D3/S1 in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Have a good understanding of financial logic in 3PL company.
• Able to manage floor people and issues surrounding.
• Have a good understanding of FIFO/FEFO concept for storage operation.
• Have a good understanding of Warehouse Management System operation concept.
• Willing to be placed at Site (Surabaya and Kalimantan).
• Full-time position(s) available.
