Shell Indonesia Operating in Downstream Oil Products, serves the business and motorist market segments. Shell Indonesia manages the business operations that include marketing and trading lubricants directly as well as through its appointed distributors. The Route To Market Manager is responsible to develop new Route To Market (RTM) models that are consistent with Global Marketing strategies, including transferring best practices to the Country.

Category Manager Fuels
Requirements :

• Min. education of an University degree majoring in Business and/or Marketing.
• Min. 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Strategic Marketing, preferably in FMCG or multinationals environments
• Have a good leadership and communications skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented; ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Sound competences in analyzing marketing insights for consumer, customer, category and competitors.

Lubricant Supply Chain Operation Manager
Requirements ;

• Min. education of an University degree. Preferably in a Technical discipline. 
• Min. 10-15 years of exprience in Supply Chain operations and experience leading large teams.
• Have a good track record in delivering change in large/complex organization.
• Lubricants Business experience, preferably in Supply Chain
• Previous exposure in Supply, Logistics, Manufacturing and Commercial will be an extra advantage.
• Successful experience in leading diverse and cross-functional teams, in virtual environment
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).

Production Manager
Requirements :

• Min. 5 years of experience in running a production plant (not more than 10 years experience in running a production plant Engineer in the field of Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial field.
• Have a Technical background in the field of blending or filling operations of Lubricants or other related products.
• Should be conversant with computers and product handling.
• Previous experience in managing large workforce of about 50 people in a manufacturing plant.
• Previous experience in managing unionized workforce.
• Previous exposure to Quality Systems and GSAP will be an advantage.

Key Account Manager
Requirements :

• Min. S1 from leading university, Technical and/or sales background will be an extra advantage.
• Min. 7 years of experience in managing direct customer (B2B)/
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).

Indirect Channel Account Manager
Requirements :

• Min. S1 all majors from a leading university.
• Min. 5 years of experience at FMCG/Managing distributor (Indirect).
• Willing to relocate outside Jakarta (Sumatera Area) and have a wide networking with local distributor at Sumatera area.
• Have a strong sales management and good analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
