SCG Group company in Indonesia has a total number of 21 companies including PT Association Keramika Indonesia Tbk, PT Indonesia SCG Readymix (Jayamix), PT Semen Lebak etc..

PT Semen newly established Java is located in Sukabumi, West Java and Headquartered in Jakarta. Currently existing production facilities in Sukabumi in the construction process and expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.

Senior Technician
Requirements :

• Background Education D3 in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
• GPA minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as heavy equipment technician (planning and repair).
• Have a good leadership and human resources management skills.
• Age around 30-25 years old.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

Maintenance Heavy Equipment Engineer
Requirements :

• Background Education Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
• GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment (planning and repair).
• Have a good leadership and human resources management skills.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

Compensation & Benefit Officer
Requirements :

• Background Education S1 in any field.
• GPA minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Compensation & Benefit (non Payroll).
• Technical expertise in SAP & Excell usage.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

Procurement Officer
Requirements :

• Background Education in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as the field of machineries procurement/purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skill.
• Technical expertise in SAP & Excell usage.
• Not color blind (partial and total).
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

Physical Lab & Quality Assurance Staff
Requirements :

• Background Education D3 in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Analyst 
• GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
• Min. 1 year of experience as QA & Physical Lab.
• Operating knowledge of X-Ray.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

SHE Assistant Manager
Requirements :

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Public Health or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in handling and creating Safety System, EIA (AMDAL), UKL/UPL reporting, waste.
• Have a good skills in environmental performance Management, regulation and reporting to corporate, government, and society.
• Age around 35-45 years old.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

Cement Operator/Technician
Requirements :

• Background in Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent and Diploma Degree (D3).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cement industry.
• Able to operate / maintain the machine in Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill or Cement Packing.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.

Mining Technician
Requirements :

• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in Mining Engineering with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cement mining.
• Have a good leadership and human resources management skills.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in SCG Cement Plant Sukabumi.
