Puma Energy in Indonesia, based in Jakarta and currently manages two fuel storage facility located in Tanjung Priok Port Jakarta International with a total capacity of 22,700 m³ strogare and Palembang in South Sumatra with a total storage capacity of 25,700 m³.

Requirements:

• A minimum requirement of a 3.4 GPA (or equivalent) in discipline such as management, business administration, and economics
• Spoken and written English fluency is essential
• Maximum 2 years of experience

Receptionist (Code: RC)
Key Responsibilities:

• Reception and meeting rooms
• Attend to all visitors
• Answer the phone, taking messages when necessary and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Liaise with relevant technicians and advise about faulty phones.
• Ensure that meeting rooms and reception are kept tidy at all times
• Make staff announcements
