Tendering Engineer
Jakarta Raya - Pulogadung
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical Power)
• Required skill(s): knowledge of electrical power, project estimation and tendering management.
• having experience in Low voltage and Medium voltage switchgear is an added value
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Project Manager
Riau - Batam
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years of project management experiences, involving multiple product ranges and production lines in a dynamic and high volume EE/ Mechanical products’ manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on, Process-driven.
• Proven cross-functional team integration and leadership skills to drive outcomes.
• Customer service and quality oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to be based in Batam.

HR Operations Manager
Riau - Batam
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of HR services experiences, preferably from a large employee-base manufacturing environment.
• Possesses sound knowledge of and experiences in local HR practices and employment legislations.
• Proven ability to take the lead and drive operational outcomes in a timely and comprehensive basis.
• Demonstrated change management skills to plan and manage HR operations.
• Process-driven, highly independent, very hands-on, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Passionate about people, to address their concerns, to develop team members, to provide top-notch and timely services.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft and MS Office applications.

Quality Engineer/ Quality Leader
Riau - Batam
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in an Electrical/ Electronic products’ manufacturing environment
• Candidates with good knowledge of IEC standards, product designing, project management, FMEA, QC improvement tools, 6-sigma, statistical analysis will be prioritized.
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
• Highly focused to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to be based in Batam.

Computer Numerical Control Programmer (CNC)
Requirements:

• D III degree in Machine Manufacturing Engineering with min. GPA 3.00.
• At least 1-2 years experience in CNC milling programming.
• Good knowledge of CNC milling and CNC EDM.
• Familiar with software : DELCAM and Pro Engineering
• Fluent in English both verbal and written and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
• Able to work under pressure with and excellence team player.
• The candidate must have strong interpersonal skill with ability to work as part of team, fast learner and having positive attitude
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
