Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
Secure sales target by providing high quality support to existing Business Partners and internal Sales Team in order to enable them to promote CIGNA product to their customers, and by acquiring new business partnerswith potential to generate premium production.

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
  • Gain new business from acquisition of new partners by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing business partners, primarily at HO level;
  • Create new initiatives to increase sales performance;
  • Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits;
  • Increase profitability of existing product lines by encouraging business partners to use added value services whenever possible;
  • Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients;
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues;
  • Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors' products;
  • Monitor and report on performance against agreed sales targets, sometimes including monitoring the performance of sales team.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • Previous background in banking industry, preferably in marketing of retail funding
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
  • Good analytical skill
  • Customer Focused
  • Fast learner and easily adapt to new environment
  • Ability to work individually and/or as a part of team
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Organization, planning and prioritization skills
  • Excellent presentation skill

Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of compliance and quality assurance standards focusing on customer service and Telemarketing in Banking and Insurance Company
  • Knowlegeable in Performance Management Concepts - developing effective KPIs and Scorecards with appropriate consequence management
  • Excellent Communication Skills (listening, presentation) - ability to communicate in all levels and able to convey ideas and good in interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management, priority setting and goal setting
  • Superior ability to develop, positively influence and motivate people
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving/providing solution
  • Extensive practical knowledge in spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts
  • Experience with statistical reporting and Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent in leading team & understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline environment.
  • Experiences in insurance/banking
  • Certification (e.g. Six Sigma, any other project management and/or quality assurance related)
