Service Quality Manager
Requirements:

• Single Female max 30 years old
• Graduate from reputable university – Bachelor Degree (GPA min.3.00)
• Min 3 years experience in Service Quality & Service Excellent
• Experience in Banking Operation (Customer Service, Teller & Head of Operation in Branch)
• Strong analytical thinking, report, and presentation
• Highly integrity and accurate
• English is mandatory (both written and speaking)
• Placement in Headquarter Jakarta

Senior Credit Review
Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Accounting / Finance
• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Credit Analyst in banking
• Strong analytical skills (analysis Financial Statement)
• Understanding workflow credit banking reviewer
• Able to operate computer (MS Office)
• Placement in Jakarta

Resident Auditor
Requirements:

• Female / Male,
• Age between 25 – 35 years old.
• Min. 1 - 2 years experience as Internal Auditor in Banking Industry or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is preferable.
• Min. S1/ S2 major in accounting or management with minimum GPA 3.00.
• English is a mandatory (speaking & written).
• Have ability to undertake heavy workload & familiar with banking regulation.
• Fresh Graduate & No Experience in Banking is not allowed
• Placement at Surabaya, Semarang, Cilegon

Relationship Manager
Requirements:

• 2 years exp. in SME or retail banking
• Marketing and networking excellence
• Age: 35 years of age
• Placement at Glodok Branch (Jakarta)

Branch Manager
Requirements:

• Female / Male, Maximum 40 year of age.
• Minimum 3 years experience in banking industry as a Sub Branch Manager or Senior Relationship Manager (Lending knowledge of Commercial and Corporate Banking) has potential customer based.
• S1/ S2 from any reputable university.
• English is mandatory (both written and speaking).
• Have ability to undertake heavy workload (responsible in achieving sub branch target, maintain service quality and operation of the sub branch).
• Have a strong marketing, strong leadership & Excellent interpersonal relationship skill.
• Highly integrity and accurate.
• Placement in Casablanca – Kuningan (Jakarta), Surabaya
• Fresh Graduate & No Experience in Banking is not allowed

Customer Service
Requirements:

• Female
• Bachelor Degree in Banking or any discipline
• Experience minimum 1 year as Customer Service in Banking Industry only (conventional branch)
• Good in English
• Only resume that includes photo that will be process
• Fresh Graduate & No Experience in Banking is not allowed
• Placement at Amartapura Branch (Tangerang), Gading Serpong Branch (Tangerang)

Teller
Requirements:

• Female
• Bachelor Degree in Banking or any discipline
• Experience minimum 1 year as Teller in Banking Industry only (conventional branch)
• Good in English
• Only resume that includes photo that will be process
• Fresh Graduate & No Experience in Banking is not allowed
• Placement at Lotte Branch, Muara Karang (Jakarta)
