Requirements

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Male

• Have a strong negotiation skill with suppliers and have a sound knowledge in Facility Management (FM), operations cost analysis and Total Quality Maintenance Standard (TQMS) and its implementation
• More preferable experience in retail industry, stores, or manufacture
• Strong knowledge of building materials and engineering parts
• Familiar with computer literate (Microsoft office, project) and strong in administration
•  English proficiency both oral and written is a must

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Law or equivalent.
