• Excellent leadership and training skills.

Program Manager
Functions : Maintenance Repair Workshop Management
Requirements :

• Min. 7 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry.
• Experienced in project management skills.
• Able to work with people from various level.
• Seasoned as maintenance workshop manager.

Program Manager
Functions : Capex and Cost Control
Requirements ;

• 5 – 7 years of experiences as financial analyst and/or project financing specialist
• Have a good presentation and reporting skills
• Strong analytical skills and excellent with numbers

Program Manager
Functions : Supplier & Inventory Management
Requirements :

• Min. 7 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry.
• Experienced in contract and vendor performance management.
• Have a good managing suppliers skill to ensure all parties comply with obligations.

Requirements :

• Min. 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
• Experienced with managing people and organization
• Have a good knowledge (basic) regarding functions/systems/ people interact across various level.
• Have a good knowledge in Human Resources and organizational design.

• Experienced with inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Critical-Thinking Skills: to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly.
• Familiar with ERP system specifically for inventory module.
