Lowongan Kerja Donggi Senoro LNG | PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG) Factory located in Banggai in Central Sulawesi province and is located approximately 25 km south-east of Luwuk, the main city of Banggai.

DSLNG established as a foreign investment company on December 28, 2007, with the shares owned by Pertamina Energy Services Pte. Ltd (29%), PT Medco LNG Indonesia (20%), and Mitsubishi Corporation (51%). Since February 2011, however, the ownership structure has changed to PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (29%), PT Medco LNG Indonesia (11.1%) and Sulawesi LNG Development Ltd (59.9%).

DSLNG provides opportunities to develop gas reserves that have been stranded for several decades. The initiative came from Indonesia's national energy company PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT Medco Energi International Tbk, together. With international companies, the Mitsubishi Corporation and Korea Gas Corporation. PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG) is currently looking for the best candidates and to occupy responsible positions :

Maintenance Manager (K-001)
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Science or equivalent with experience
• Knowledge in Maintenance Management and Execution best practices
• Proven track record in incident/failure investigation techniques such as Root Cause Analysis and Tripod
• 10 to 15 years of experience in the Chemical, Oil or Gas industry
• 2 to 4 years of experience in managing discipline section in a maintenance, office engineering, commissioning or construction organization
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques
• Must be able to interpret and decide on information outside of his discipline background from experienced specialists within section

Site HSSE Manager (K-002)
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in technical/engineering from reputable University.
• NEBOSH Certified or similar is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years' experience as Safety Professional in International Oil/Gas Company and Petrochemical industry.
• Have experience in Operations background is an advantage

Head of Relations & Communication (K-003)
Requirements:

• Master degree is an advantage
• 12 years' in relationship management and/or corporate communication field, preferably in Oil & Gas industry or over 10 years in managerial level within Oil & Gas industry
• Having knowlegde and experience in CSR development & implementation

CSR Manager (K-004)
Requirements:

• Holds university degree from all majors.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, having shown experience in several different functions related to community development including program management skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership along with negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement with key stakeholder groups including but limited to employees, communities, government officials and other individuals/entities of influence.
• Deep knowledge of the social/environmental issues/NGO landscape.

Operation Superintendent (K-005)
Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering (BSc) diploma or equivalent, preferably in chemical engineering or the knowledge of marine activities.
• Must have thorough knowledge in LNG manufacturing, LNG processing, utilities, storage & loading.
• Working knowledge in LNG planning, manufacturing, LNG processing, Utilities, Storage & Loading, including working knowledge of marine activities.
• Working knowledge in HAZOP review, risk assessment, PTW and shutdown (turn-around) planning.
• Minimum 15 years in hydrocarbon industry experience, preferably 5 years n LNG related experience and in dealing with multi-skilled teams.
