Lowongan Kerja The Jakarta Post Agustus 2013 | The Jakarta Post is a daily English-language newspaper in Indonesia. The Jakarta Post began as a collaboration between four Indonesian media under the insistence of the Minister of Information Ali Murtopo and politician Jusuf Wanandi. After the first edition printed on April 25, 1983, it spent several years with minimal advertising and increase circulation. After the change of editor in chief in 1991, he began to take a more vocal pro-democracy point of view.

The paper is owned by PT Bina Media Tenggara, and headquarters in the capital, Jakarta. and is one of the few English-language Indonesian newspaper to survive the Asian financial crisis in 1997 and currently has a circulation of about 40,000.

The Jakarta Post also features both a Sunday and the online edition, which goes into detail not possible in the print edition of the newspaper. It is targeted at foreigners and Indonesian-educated, middle-class readers though Indonesia has increased. Noted to be a training ground for local and international journalists, The Jakarta Post has won several awards and has been described as "Indonesia's leading English-language daily"

  • Workshop: 9 a.m. -12 p.m.
  • Walk-in Interview: 1 p.m.
  • Skill Test: 3 p.m.
Requirements :
  • Indonesian citizen;
  • University graduate, not older than 28 years old;
  • Proficient in English (minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.5 orTOEIC score of 750);
  • Submit a writing sample (200-300 words) in English;
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta.
