Marketing Executive
Requirements:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum 40 years of age.
• Education background in S1 from Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as marketing officer at civil construction industry.
• Attractive appearance, self confidence, and self motivated type of person.
• Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills in English language.
• Willing to work with sales targets.
• Able to work under-pressure.

Project Manager
Requirements

• Male.
• Maximum 50 years of age.
• Education background in Civil Engineering (preferably Master Degree/S2).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil contracting company as a Project Manager in medium and large scale projects.
• Previous experience in high rise building projects throughout Indonesia will be highly prioritized.
• Strong understanding about the business processes, systems and work methods at construction field.
• Strong understanding about the Quality Management System ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Strong understanding about the Management System Health and Safety (SMK3).
• Willing to be placed troughout Indonesia.
• Active in English bot oral and written.
