PT Toyota-Astra Motor - TAM is a company that operates primarily as a sole agent of all Toyota and Lexus brands in Indonesia. Its business includes the distribution and import of Toyota brand vehicles in Indonesia. PT Toyota-Astra Motor is based in Jakarta and is currently supported by five main dealer, PT Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000), PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco), PT Hasjrat Abadi, NV Hadji Kalla Trd Co and PT Agung Automall.

Initially PT Toyota-Astra Motor was established in Indonesia as the sole agent of Toyota in 1971. Later in 2003, Astra and TMC reorganization of Toyota's business in Indonesia through two companies, PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) to focus on manufacturing and exports Toyota brand vehicles (Astra: 5%, TMC: 95%) and PT Toyota-Astra Motor to focus on distribution.

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements :

• Max. age of 27 years old.
• Education background graduated S1 or S2 with major study in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Informatic Engineering, Management, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematic/Statistic, Business Administration, Economy Study.
• Strong academic result, GPA > 3.00.
• Proficient in using and utilizing Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Involved actively in organizational activities is more preferable.

Staff Development Program (SDP)
Requirements :

• Max. age of 25 years old.
• Graduated from D3 with major study in All Engineering Background, Management, Accounting, Administration.
• Strong academic result, GPA > 3.00.
• Proficient in using and utilizing Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Involved actively in organizational activities is more preferable.
