Astra Otoparts producing forged, cast, electrical, rubber and plastic automotive parts such as clutch disc, clutch cover, lock the doors, door frames, window regulators and motorcycle drive chain and filter. Astra Otoparts customers include sole agents and vehicle assemblers, original equipment manufacturing (OEM) customers as well as retail customers through its stores and retail shops Drive.

Our products are used by and motorcicle car manufacturers such as Toyota, Daihatsu, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Hino. In addition, Astra Otoparts trading company serving the replacement and export market with automobile and motorcycle components through its distribution network.

Management Trainee
As a Management Trainee (MT) at Astra Otoparts, we give you the opportunity to develop your career in Astra's largest manufacturing and trading company of automotive components in Indonesia. You will have a chance involving a comprehensive learning process in all of Astra Otoparts Groups, such as in class training and on the job training.

We open opportunity in the following functions :

• Engineering (MT-ENG)
• Human Resource (MT-HR)
• Finance Accounting (MT-FA)
• Sales Marketing (MT-SM)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable Universities.
• Open for ALL MAJOR, preferably from :
• MT-ENG : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering
• MT-HR : Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering
• MT-FA : Accounting, Finance Management
• MT-SM : Marketing Management
• Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years working experience.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Proactive, dynamic, and highly motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Involved actively in both academic and non-academic activity student organization.
