PT Kompas Cyber Media mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi sebagai berikut :

Social Media Specialist (Code : SocMed)
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any disciplinre
• Social Media Savvy, active in the most social media platform (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Online Forum, Blog, etc.)
• Have a general knowledge and interest in online media / online journalism
• Demonstrates proficiency in creating new ideas/concept
• Proactive, fast learner and challenger
• Able to word under pressure, detail orrientation and target achievement orientation
• Fluent in English, both oral and written will be an advantage
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Reporter Kompas Tekno (Code : Rep Tekno)
Requirements:

• Male, minimum Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
• Interest and have minimal 2 years experience in writing about techno and gadget
• Have general knowledge and interest in online journalism
• Must have smartphone or notebook with internet connectivity
• Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule, investigate, proactive, fast learner and challenger
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Reporter for Kompas Business and Finance (Code : Rep BusFin)
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
• Interest and have minimal 2 years experience in writing about business, finance, and economics
• Have general knowledge and interest in online journalism
• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
• Must have smartphone or notebook with internet connectivity
• Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule, investigate, proactive, fast learner and challenger
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Human Resource Operation Officer - Legal (Code : HRO)
Requirements:

• Min. S-1 degree in Law/Human Resource Management
• Min. 2-3 years experience in Human Resource
• Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Counseling & General Affair
• Good understanding in Human Resources, and Legal-GA issues, e.g.: industrial relation, legal documentation,, Contract Negotiation and other personnel administrations
• Quick to adapt and sociable, creative and innovative
• Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work
• Preferably have experience interacting with a particular organization or community
• Interested in having a career in media companies
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
