PT ASMIN BARA BRONANG, an extensive growth National Coal Mining Company (PKP2B, 3rd GENERATION) rapidly expanding our resources in Central Kalimantan (Mine Site) & Jakarta Office, is seeking for qualified and committed candidates for the following positions :

HSE SUPERINTENDENT
(Central Kalimantan)
Tanggung Jawab:

• Membangun, menerapkan dan mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen HSE perusahaan
• Organisir departemen HSE
• Menetapkan obyektif, program, target (OTP) departemen HSE
• Melaksanakan Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) untuk seluruh kegiatan proyek serta melakukan assistansi terhadap Departemen lainnya dalam penyusunan HIRA
• Pengajuan anggaran (budget) serta melakukan kontrol penggunaan budget disesuaikan dengan program kerja
• Manpower Planning
• Pelaporan terkait aspek HSE

Requirements:

• Laki – laki
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di dunia tambang dan pada posisi Senior
• S1 Tehnik Lingkungan / K3
• Familiar dengan HSE management system (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SMK3)
• Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM)
• Ahli K3 Umum
• AMDAL
• Emergency Response Preparedness (ERP)
• Accident Investigation

Camp Supervisor
(Central Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:

• Camp Supervisors are responsible for overseeing camp activities, and responsible for ensuring the well-being of the camp counselors and the campers during these activities. Make sure that camp policy and all procedures are followed. They are responsible for carrying out disciplinary action, when needed, and maintaining order within the campgrounds

Requirements:

• Male, minimum 25-30 years old
• Minimum D-3/ S1 Degree in any discipline, preferred hospitality
• Having minimum 4 years experience in related field
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan
• Having knowledge for arrange and oversee maintenance activities

FORESTRY SUPPORT OFFICER (FSO)
(Central Kalimantan)
Requirements:

• Laki-laki ( 21 s.d 35 thn)
• Latar belakang pendidikan adalah Sarjana Kehutanan diutamakan bidang Silvikultur.
• Pengalaman min 1 tahun di perusahaan HPH dan terlibat dalam perencanaan operasional penebangan termasuk pelaporan serta koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Daerah
• Fresh Graduate diperkenankan dengan record akademis baik dan IPK Minimal 3.25 skala 4.
• Bersedia dan siap di tempatkan di Kantor Lapangan (Kalimantan Tengah)

MINE ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)
Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors
• Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process
• Estimate fleet requirements
• Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.
• Design mining equipment and supervise the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
• Find, extract, and prepare coal, metals, and minerals.
• Responsible for the safe, economical, and environmentally sound operation of mines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University
• Min 5 years of experience in coal mining operation
• Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc
• Proficient in survey instruments, etc
• Computer literate
• Good team-working skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
• Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.
