PT Bayer Indonesia produces and markets a broad range of pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter products, as well as products for the agricultural industry. There is a plant in Surabaya for agricultural chemicals, and plants in Cimanggis and Cibubur for over-the-counter and pharmaceutical products, respectively, which are marketed in the country and also exported to other Asia Pacific countries.

Bayer in Indonesia is engaged in the manufacture of polyether, polyols and urethane chemical for sale to the domestic and overseas markets. The company is also engaged in the purchase of finished goods for resale from Bayer group companies and in agency services to Bayer Group companies.

Finance Controller

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Work Experience : at least 5 years related experience in managerial positions, preferably in multinational company or reputable Public Accountant Firm.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English ( written and oral ) and computer ( MS Office ).

Head of Communication

Requirements:

• A university degree, minimum B.A. or equivalent majoring in Communications.
• English language fluency in spoken and written in addition to fluency in the local language(s) is a must
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related professional experience in positions of responsibility in major corporations with an international scope
• Experience in journalism/media relations and a diverse public relations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
