Eni is an integrated international oil and gas company based in Italy. Eni Indonesia Ltd. is a subsidiary of Eni of Italy. Eni started operating in Indonesia since 2000. Production activities are concentrated on the island of Kalimantan (Borneo) in the Sanga-Sanga PSC block in which Eni has a 37.81% stake with the remainder owned by Virginia Indonesia Co. (VICO). The area mainly produces natural gas which results are sent to PT Badak NGL, a factory producing LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) and LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) in Bontang.

In Indonesia Eni Participate in thirteen PSC including nine in Deep Water areas, with the active exploration and development program. To support the progressive growth and build the organizational capability. Eni Muara Bakau BV (Eni Indonesia) is a company engaged in the business of exploration, production of oil and gas in Indonesia. Eni Muara Bakau BV included in Eni Group which is the project operator Cricket is a water project in Muara Stork Production Sharing Contract (PSC), located 70 kilometers off the coast of Makassar Strait. Eni Muara Bakau BV is 100% held by oil and gas giant Eni SpA of Italy.

Development Specialist
Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is favorable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of training and development at oil and gas sector.
• Hands-on experience in preparing the Career Development Monitoring (CDM)
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
