OPERATIONS MANAGER - (BASED IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall business development in Indonesia and management of Indonesia Office
  • Aggressively drive new and existing business activities in Indonesia, conduct market research, collect market intelligence information and enhance brand awareness
  • Develop strategic business development plan for further market penetration and increasing market share in Indonesia
  • Enhance corporate relationships and provide excellent supports and regular follow ups with major key accounts and new potential customers
  • Actively attend industrial networking events and trade exhibitions as and when required
  • Manage, train, motivate and provide technical guidance to the team in Indonesia
  • Achieve monthly and annual group sales target assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years relevant experience in sales and service of safety valves, control valves, actuation and associated process equipments to the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and mining industries
  • Prior exposure and knowledge of Mining Fleet and Fuel Management technologies will be an added advantage
  • Strong networking contacts with oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and mining industries
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, determined and results oriented
  • Must possess valid driving license and passport
  • Travel within Indonesia and South East Asia as and when required.

SALES ENGINEER – MINING TECHNOLOGY - (BASED IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA)
Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers through industrial networking, trade exhibition and direct marketing campaign
  • Conduct sales visits and regular follow-up on potential new customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentation, quotation, and value proposition plan for customers
  • Aggressively drive new and existing business activities in Indonesia, conduct market research, collect market intelligence information and enhance brand awareness
  • Develop corporate relationships and provide supports to existing OEM customers, distributors as well as end-users • Achieve monthly and annual sales target assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronic or Communication Systems Engineering from reputable university
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in sales of communications, technical or engineering products within the mining industry
  • Prior exposures and knowledge of Fire Suppression, Fuel and Fleet Management solutions will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Ms Office application
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, determined and results oriented
  • Must possess valid driving license and passport
  • Travel within Indonesia and South East Asia as and when required.
