The Company manufactures 4 main products, namely gear & axle (G&A),  head cylinder (H/C), casting wheel (C/W) & casting wheel gravity, and forged piston. The Company is supported by more than 5,000 employees. The Company's plants and head office is based in Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang West Java.

Production Engineering Staff (PE)
Requirements :

• D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with mechanical design, analysis & verification technique
• Familiar with statistics and Pro Model
• Excellent in drawing, AUTOCAD & Pro Eng
• Male

Industrial Engineering Staff (IE)
Requirements :

• S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering
• Familiar with statistics and Pro Model
• Excellent knowledge in ergonomis (for IE)
• Good analytical thinking
• Male

General Affairs - MB (GA-MB)
Requirements :

• D3 majoring in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Building COnstruction)
• Having knowledge about building construction and maintenance
• Male

General Affairs - 5P (GA-5P)
Requirements

• Male/Female
• S1/D3 majoring in Japanese Literature
• Excellent in presentation skill
• Fluent in English oral and written

Maintenance (MTC)
Requirements

• Male
• S1/D3 majoring in Electrical or Mecatronics Engineering
• Good knowledge in PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
• Willing and able to stay in Karawang
• Have knowledge about basic electric, pneumatic and hydraulic system
• Familiar with Programmable Logistic Control (PLC)
• Good analytical and problem solving skill

General Requirements :

1. GPA min 2.75 from reputable university
2. Max 25 years old
3. Highly self motivated, self confidance and willingnes to learn
4. Have a good verbal and written communication skill
5. Willing to stay and work in Karawang
