Business Development/Proposal Manager
Location of Job : ID - Jakarta - Jakarta, JK 10220 ID (Primary)
Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in Business Development/Marketing, with at least 2 years experience in Proposal Department managing proposals for oil & gas, mineral & metals, and chemicals.
• Engineering Degree from reputable university, Master Degree is a plus
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Understand Indonsian market conditions, rules & regulations in the respective industries

Business Development Coordinator
Location of Job : ID - Jakarta - Jakarta, JK 10220 ID (Primary)
Essential Skills/Experience

• Must have worked in an Engineering Consultancy, handling the Chemical - Petrochemical sectors.
• Must have experience in preparing bids and proposals for FEED,Detailed Engineering and PMS projects.
• Bachelor of Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication & negotiation skill

Requirements:

• Demonstrable commitment to HSE management in a project environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A proven track record in managing major projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for significant oil & gas projects, especially for Balikpapan and the surrounding area.
• Working knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO9001 quality management systems
• A high level of customer focus
• Relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years oil & gas industry experience
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Local standard remuneration will apply

Project Engineer
Location of Job : ID - Balikpapan - Balikpapan, KI 76113 ID (Primary)
Primary Objective

• Manage and Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure the project is executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Requirements:
• Relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years oil & gas industry experience
• Experience in handling major oil & gas projects with minimum 5 years as a Project Engineer especially for Balikpapan & the surrounding area.
• A high level of customer focus
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Excellent communication skill with all level of positions.
