PT. Surya Teknik Anugerah – STA is a full-service mining contractor and engineering services provider specializing in geologically challenging projects. From humble beginnings in 2007, we have developed into specialized services such as mine planning / design and final treatment facilities to meet the unique needs of each project.

Currently, the company has diversified its services to include mine planning and design, construction of mine infrastructure, as well as support facilities - from initial site preparation to end the process. However, PT. Surya Teknik Anugerah Award remains dedicated to providing quality services that meet the unique needs of each mining project.

PT. Surya Teknik Anugerah is looking for the best young professional, energetic, intelligent, willing to work hard and be responsible to join in a career, in the following positions:

Finance & Accounting Manager
Requirements

• Age 30-40 years old
• At least 5 (five) year experience in the same position and preferable experience in mining industries
• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from Finance, Accounting, Banking
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Willing to travel
• Good Attitude, Analytical and communication skill
• Manage all financial operations including accounting, taxation, revenue, asset and overall performance of finance department
• Ensure daily bank & sales reconciliation are in place
• Ensure weekly payment schedule are on track
• Manage the operational accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Cash bank, fix asset & inventory.
• Coordinate & responsible for yearly financial audit
• Perform in weekly cash flow report
• Ensure all accounting treatment is compliance with Indonesia & grup accounting policies
• Perform in forecasting/ budgeting
• Directly report to Director

Legal Manager
Requirements

• Age 29 - 40 years old
• More than 3 years of working experiences in related position, mining company is preferred (in holding)
• Bachelor of law, from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Excellent communication skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
• Having PKPA certificate is an advantage
• Having a deep knowledge about business law, corporate law, and civil law
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Specialization in particular phase of law
• Good networking, good communication, highly motivated, responsible and responsive
• Should have strong communication and negotiation skills

Finance Supervisor
Requirements

• Age 28 - 38 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Finance/Accounting
• Having minimum 2 years experience as Finance Supervisor
• Understand in budgeting / cost accounting / management accounting / financial analysis
• Good knowledge and analytical skill in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management
• Strong analytical, High level of leadership skills as well as problem solving ability
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office
• Attention to detail, good responsibility and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with good leadership skills
