Sebagai sebuah konsorsium global komunikasi internasional organisasi satelit, Intelsat memiliki dan mengoperasikan sejumlah satelit telekomunikasi.

Senior Officer CFO PMO - Vacancy ID : VAC5805
Requirements :

• Education S1 degree from well-known University, majoring in Accounting or Finance (preferably with a business degree).
• Min. 4 years of experience in the related field, includes 1 year of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication market, both domestic and international telecommunication market.
• Strong understanding of Indosat Group operating environment and strong rapports with key stakeholders.
• Able to ask critical questions, perform structured problem solving, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts.
• Have a high level of professionalism.
• Willing to learn and hungry for knowledge.
• Able to engage with people from all levels
• Expertise with a variety of the ICT Industry’s concepts, practices and procedures and able to provide thought leadership (ie. facilitation).
• Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing).
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Ms Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated good Project Management skill.
• Well proven ability to meet deadlines and produce work of quality.
• Attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-starter.
• Able to work with minimum support and under tight deadline.
• Able to work in a team to achieve the business project objectives.

Requirements :

• Education S1 degree majoring in IT, Computer, Telecommunication, Business and Marketing.
• Min. 6 years of experience in the field of business, consultancy or system integration.
• Past experience in business strategy / development is critical for this role.
• The candidate with prior experience in Vertical Industry (finance banking or non-banking, government, education, media/broadcaster, hospitality is preferred.
• Past experience in product/marketing, sales solution is critical for this role.
• Have a strong knowledge in ICT Market.
• Strong knowledge of business landscapes and industry.
• Strong blend of analytical and analyzing trend in vertical industry.
• Able to work across difference functions, business units and cultures.
• Successful track of managing people directly and indirectly.
• Have a good skill in data science is preferred.
• Have a good business case, and P&L analytical skills
• Able to create business process and product cycle.

• Have a good negotiation skill.

Requirements :

• Past experience in ICT and technology product
• Strong understanding of domestic telecommunication market, with emphasis on B2B
• Proven Ability to work across difference functions, business units & cultures
• Strong knowledge in ICT products, ICT infrastructures and applications.
• Creative problems solving skill.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
• Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills in English language.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) official e-mailing and computer skills, etc.
• Successful track of managing people directly and indirectly.
• Strong communication skills. Must be capable of dealing with Indosat CxOs and OG top management.
• High level of professionalism.
• Possess a strong understanding of combined technology and marketing tools, sales and marketing plan, proposition plan and development of operating plan.
• Strong acumen of information and communication technology as well as the implementation to support the business.
• Able to translating customer’s business objective into business opportunity while giving it as the solution to them.
• Capable of spotting opportunities to increase revenues through offering the solution.
• Possess the capability of defining the qualitative and quantitative reports needed.
