The Company supported by 2 plants located at Narogong – West Java, and Cilacap – Central Java, and a cement grinding station at Ciwandan, Banten. The Company’s cement production annual capacity is currently at 8.3 million tonnes. A third Holcim’s cement plant located in Tuban – East Java and scheduled to begin operations in 2013.

Key Account Executive
Requirements :

• Background in S1 in Science or Engineering (Chemistry, Environment and related fields) and/or business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of in sales and marketing of services. Previous experience in the field of Waste Management services will be highly prioritized.
• Experiences  in  waste  management  or  environmental  management or hands on experience in dealing with hazardous and nonhazardous material.
• Experiences in the field of services or consulting project (in any area preferable in waste handling project)
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Active understanding in English both oral and written.
• Highly self motivated and result focused.
• Strong account management and relationship building skills
• Demonstrated good communication skill and able to communicate and influence at different levels.
• Strong interpersonal skill with proactive approach.
• Strong knowledge of OHS & E relevant with hazardous waste handling.
• Good networking on relevant Business.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work flexible hours as required to meet business needs and prepared to travel.
